Resumen
El presente trabajo consta de dos enfoques. En el primero se analiza la aviación agrícola en sus aspectos jurídicos y técnicos y se estudian las connotaciones económicas de la aviación agrícola, su marco normativo, al contrato de aeroaplicación y su gestión integral. Desde el segundo enfoque se analiza todo lo relativo a la materia de responsabilidad ambiental, estudiando la derivada del contrato de aeroaplicación en el derecho argentino y comparado para luego ofrecer conclusiones.
Abstract
The present work consists of two approaches. In the first one, agricultural aviation is analyzed in its legal and technical aspects and the economic connotations of agricultural aviation, its regulatory framework, the aeroapplication contract and its integral management are studied. From the second approach, everything related to the subject of environmental responsibility is analyzed, studying the derivative of the aeroapplication contract in the Argentine and comparative law, to later offer conclusions.
